The signs that most people recognize are low to medium scratching, droppings (similar to dark rice grains), or the animal itself.
It is easy to mistake this for a rat, however, the droppings are different, the animal is much larger and the damage is much more extensive. If in doubt, call one of our technicians and we will be able to properly identify the animal.
There are two very common species in Quebec homes: the common mouse (totally gray), which is found mostly in the city, and the white-footed mouse (gray or brown back with a white belly), which is found mostly in the suburbs and the countryside.
